Preview below our three beautiful homes. Photos of the homes were provided by Turville Photography. The day of Home Tour the homes will be beautifully decorated for the holidays by the “Duchess by NM Designs” in Orange.

The Highcliff Home – A Spanish Traditional Masterpiece
Sophisticated refinement awaits as you arrive at this beautiful and deeply personal family home in North Tustin. Throughout the residence, the architectural and design elements thoughtfully reflect the story of its owners—from subtle expressions of their faith to the inviting spaces created for treasured family connections with their children and six grandchildren.

The Kirkwood Home – A Neoclassic Beauty
An Old Town Orange residence where midcentury architecture, English manor character, and Southern charm come together with warmth and personality. The property offers a memorable first impression with mature magnolia and birch trees, flowering shrubs, and a full-length front porch softened by earthy ferns and welcoming black rocking chairs.

The Enramada Home – A Transitional Home Full of Charm
This home on an oversized lot, has been lovingly remodeled by an active young family. It maintains notes of the original traditional construction but has been opened up for indoor and outdoor living. The expansive patio and garden is very welcoming. It even has a separate house for the children’s grandmother.

On behalf of the Jack and Jill Guild and CHOC Rady Children’s Hospital we extend our sincere thanks to our homeowners for opening their beautiful homes and gardens to our home tour event. We couldn’t do our Home Tour without our homeowners. All proceeds raised from our event goes directly to benefit the children at CHOC Rady Children’s Health.
